A high protein edible cookie dough? Yes, please! This cottage cheese cookie dough is packed with 12 grams of protein per serving, doesn't have eggs, and is grain-free and gluten free!
In a food processor, pulse cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Transfer the cottage cheese mixture to a medium mixing bowl.
Add almond flour and protein powder and use a mixing spoon or spatula to stir and combine.
Add chocolate chips and stir again to combine. Let chill in the fridge for 1 hour before eating for best results, but you can dig in right away if you really can't wait!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
