Common questions
Do you have to blend the cottage cheese?
Cottage cheese has a curd like texture, so to make the texture more desirable, I always blend it first. If you don’t mind the texture, you could try this without blending.
Can you make this without cottage cheese?
Yes, if you want you could use high fat Greek yogurt or even ricotta cheese in place of the cottage cheese.
What if you want to make this dairy free?
If you need to be lactose free, Good Culture actually has a lactose-free cottage cheese. If you need it to be dairy free or vegan, use your favorite dairy free yogurt and add 1 serving vanilla protein powder (add more milk if needed).
Can you heat up cheesecake overnight oats
Although you could heat these up in the microwave or over the stove, the flavor of the cheesecake overnight oats is best served cold.

- If you don’t have fresh or frozen strawberries, you could also use strawberry jam or jelly.
